​All dogs and cats need to be vaccinated and wormed.

 

 

Full consent must be given to us, to either call our vet or your own, if necessary. At your cost.

All bookings are taken on the basis your animal is healthy. Unfortunately, acute and chronic illnesses can develop. If your pet is in need of veterinary care while they are with us, all costs will be billed to yourselves.

If there is a problem with your pet or if any special treatment  is needed, then you  must contact us prior to your pet coming to stay.

Delayed collection​

If you are delayed, we may not be able to extend your booking. Therefore it is important that you have alternative arrangements for the collection of your pet. We will need the name, address and car registration of the person who will be collecting them.

 

Early collection

We do not return any money if you decied to collect you pet early. The kennel or cattery is your pets for the time you have booked.

 

WE DO NOT HAVE A CARD MACHINE HERE.

Cancellation change of days booked

We require 28 days notice if you wish to change any days you have booked, otherwise all days will be charged for.

All days are charged for including arrival and departure days regardless of arrival or depart

 

Arrival/Depart Times

We only have two times you can bring your pet in or take them home. It is either 10am or 4pm please keep to the time you have arranged with us as we walk all the dogs here three times daily and the dogs already in maybe waiting to go out. Please remember how yours would feel.
